Each and every lawyer is determined to protect the rights of the individual, the Constitution of the United States, and to make sure no innocent person ever has to be placed in jail or prison. Our greatest fear is for an innocent person to spend one day in jail or sit in prison for the crime he never committed. For those individuals who have been sent to prison, it is our duty to treat the family and the prisoner as human beings. We are determined to convince the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles to release those individuals who have shown they deserve the privilege of parole.
