I just wanted to thank you for the Texas Parole webpage! Having worked for TDCJ for 17 total years and with the Institutional Parole Division for 6 of those years, I can honestly say you did a good job addressing the many questions offenders and families ask!
I have a neighbor/friend who is on parole and may have a “blue warrant”. It’s quite confusing being on “this side” of parole! Haha … I was trying to explain what I remembered about the process and realized it had been 8 years since I last thought about prison stuff!
I went to the TDCJ website first and wasn’t finding anything remotely close to an answer for his question and then I googled and found your website!
I still don’t exactly know the answer but, I am much more clear! I just wanted to thank you for providing objective information to those who seek it!
