I am often asked by family members, loved ones, and inmates what type of cases I accept and how successful I have been in representing inmates before the parole board. I have attempted to take a cross-section of the numerous letters I have written to inmate/clients over the approximately 25 years I have argued cases to the parole board informing my clients of the parole board decision in their case.

I have attempted to break down these letters into some general categories to make it easier for you to see and understand what type of cases I have represented and what kind of results have occurred. Please understand the letters contained in this section are merely a few of the cases I have represented over the last years and do not reflect all of the congratulations letters I have sent to my clients. Each case is individual with different facts, different legal problems, and each client has a different history all of which impact the parole board’s decision making process.

You do need to understand past results do not indicate future victories.

Paroles won at First Appearance:

First Appearance Parole Wins

Paroles won by type of offense:

Assault

Burglary

Drugs

DWI

Illegal Possession

Kidnapping

Money Laundering

Murder

Robbery

Sex Offense

Theft

…

Other Cases

I am often asked by family members, loved ones, and inmates what type of cases I accept and how successful I have been in representing inmates before the parole board.
